Terms of Service
The terms that govern your access to DispatchMe and use of its communication automation service.
These Terms are between Message Network dba AnSer (AnSer, we, us or our), the provider of DispatchMe, and you or the business you are authorized to represent. By using DispatchMe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Accounts and authority
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business or client accounts you manage. Provide accurate account and billing information, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for the users you authorize and their activity within your accounts.
A written order, service agreement or other signed agreement may add terms for your account. If it conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the services it covers, subject to applicable law.
Using DispatchMe
DispatchMe provides configurable request intake, communication channels, AI assistance, response routing, coverage and reporting. You choose the questions, instructions, recipients, schedules, escalation timing and integrations. You are responsible for checking that your setup is accurate and suitable for your business, testing it before live use, keeping it current and maintaining an appropriate fallback.
AI-generated answers, classifications, transcripts and suggestions can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important outputs and proposed changes. DispatchMe does not guarantee that a message will be delivered, a person will respond, or a request will be resolved within a particular time unless expressly agreed in writing. Phone carriers, email providers, customer devices and connected services can affect delivery.
DispatchMe is not a substitute for emergency services or a guaranteed emergency dispatch system. Contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service for an emergency.
Customer information and communications
You retain your rights in the information you submit. You authorize us and our service providers to host, process, transmit and display that information as needed to provide, support and secure DispatchMe and follow your configuration.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload documents and contact information, operate intake channels, record or transcribe calls, use AI processing, and send messages or place calls. Provide required notices, obtain required consent and honor communication opt-outs. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your instructions and the content sent through your accounts.
Do not submit information requiring special contractual or regulatory safeguards unless we have agreed in writing to the necessary arrangements. Our general product descriptions do not themselves establish those arrangements.
Acceptable use
Use DispatchMe only for lawful, authorized business purposes. Do not send spam, impersonate others, infringe rights, distribute harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, evade account or plan limits, or use another customer's information without authorization. Do not use the service to collect children's personal information unlawfully. We may restrict activity that threatens security, violates these Terms or creates unlawful use.
Plans, usage and payments
The plan, billing interval, included capacity and usage rates shown at checkout or in your written order apply to your subscription. Current self-serve options appear on our pricing page. Usage charges are separate from the subscription fee and may be billed on a different schedule. Applicable taxes may be added. Enterprise pricing and commitments follow the written agreement.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing interval until canceled. You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the agreed subscription, usage and applicable taxes. Keep a valid payment method and review your invoices. Contact us promptly about a billing error or dispute.
Eligible Starter and Professional customers receive a 7-day free trial. Eligibility is limited to one trial per account, account owner and payment card. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins billing at the agreed price after the trial. If you are not eligible for another trial, the service asks you to agree to billing today before starting the plan.
You can cancel through Manage subscription on the Billing page, which opens Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or billing period. Cancel during the trial to avoid the subscription charge at its end. Cancellation does not erase charges already incurred or amounts otherwise due. Refunds, credits and any additional cancellation rights follow applicable law and your written agreement; contact us about your circumstances.
When the plan ends, intake may stop and phone numbers assigned through the service may be released. Arrange any needed number transfer and export or retention requests before the plan ends. A failed payment may lead to restrictions or suspension after payment retries.
Availability, changes and ending access
We may maintain, update or change the service. Some features depend on third-party services and their availability. We will provide notice of material subscription-price changes before they apply where required. Any service-level commitment must be in a written agreement.
We may suspend or end access for nonpayment, misuse, security risks, legal requirements or material breach of these Terms. We will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue when reasonably practical. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription as described above. Retention and privacy requests follow the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
Intellectual property and third-party services
DispatchMe, its software, branding and service materials belong to AnSer or its licensors. Your subscription permits authorized use of the service; it does not transfer ownership of our software or give you rights to other customers' information. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. You are responsible for integrations you choose to connect.
Disclaimers and limits
Except for commitments in a written agreement and rights that cannot be excluded by law, DispatchMe is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement.
To the extent permitted by law, AnSer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue arising from use of DispatchMe. These Terms do not exclude liability or restrict remedies where doing so is prohibited by applicable law. A separate written agreement may contain additional service-specific commitments and limits.
Changes and contact
The updated date identifies this version. We will provide notice of material changes when required. Changes apply prospectively; any existing written agreement and rights required by law remain applicable. If you disagree with an update, stop using the service and contact us about ending your subscription.
