Privacy Policy
How we handle information when you visit dispatchme.ai, use DispatchMe or contact our team.
DispatchMe is provided by Message Network dba AnSer (AnSer, we, us or our). This policy covers DispatchMe's website and communication automation service. Our Terms of Service cover use of the service.
Information we handle
Account and business information includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, sign-in identifiers, business and location details, account memberships, roles, preferences and support correspondence.
Service information includes the intake forms, contact lists, coverage schedules, instructions, knowledge documents and integrations customers configure. Depending on the channels enabled, it also includes submitted requests, messages, call information, recordings or transcripts, AI conversations, notification attempts, responses and activity history. The information collected through an intake form depends on the customer's questions and configuration.
Billing information includes your plan, subscription status, usage, invoices, payment status and payment-method references. Stripe processes payment details. DispatchMe does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.
Technical information can include IP addresses, approximate country, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, cookies, local storage, diagnostic information and security or usage logs. We also receive information from the sign-in, payment, communication and integration providers you use with DispatchMe.
How we use information
- Provide sign-in, account access, intake, response routing, coverage, communication history and reporting.
- Run the AI features you use, including collecting request details, answering from supplied knowledge, assisting with configuration and identifying possible duplicate requests.
- Send configured notifications and customer updates, provide support, manage subscriptions and calculate usage charges.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and improve the service; detect abuse; protect accounts; and meet legal obligations.
- Measure eligible advertising visits and account conversions as described below.
Information handled for a customer
When a business uses DispatchMe to collect or manage information about its callers, customers, staff or responders, that business decides the purpose of the intake, its questions, recipients and response workflow. We process that service information to provide DispatchMe for the business. Its own privacy notices and legal obligations also apply.
If your information was submitted to a business through its DispatchMe form, phone number, chat or text channel, contact that business first about its use of the information. We can help identify the relevant account and assist with authorized requests. This distinction does not change our responsibilities for the website, account administration, billing or advertising measurement we operate ourselves.
Cookies and X advertising measurement
Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security, preferences and service functionality. Separately, we use X to measure eligible U.S. website visits and the signups, trials and first payments that follow. Advertising measurement is on by default for eligible activity, with no consent popup.
What X receives
X receives the public page address, an advertising click reference when available, and browser identifiers used for attribution. X also receives connection information, such as your IP address and browser information, when your browser contacts it. X may use this information for matching, measurement and personalized advertising according to its settings and privacy practices.
For eligible account conversions, our server reports a completed signup, a confirmed trial or a first positive payment. Reports include the event time, a hashed copy of the signup owner's email, and a valid click reference when available. A first-payment report includes its USD amount. X can use the hashed email to match the conversion; it is not anonymous data.
X's click and browser-identifier cookies can last up to 390 days with the current website tag; browser limits may shorten that period. On our server, saved email hashes and click references are scheduled for removal after 30 days. Saved browser and account privacy preferences are retained to honor those preferences.
What stays separate
We do not initialize this advertising pixel on customer intake forms, responder links, onboarding, or signed-in account pages. Automatic form matching is off. Customer request contents, raw email addresses, card numbers and bank details are not sent in these reports.
Your advertising choices
We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. When your browser sends either signal, X visit measurement stays off. While you are signed in, we also save that preference for later account-conversion reports. A previously saved advertising opt-out in this browser is honored too.
To opt out of X's interest-based advertising, visit X Ads preferences and turn off Personalized ads. X provides instructions for its other advertising privacy options.
You can use your browser's privacy settings to send a privacy signal, block tracking scripts or clear cookies. Learn about Global Privacy Control and X's privacy practices. AnSer's main website has separate measurement settings; this policy describes DispatchMe.
Your choices and requests
You can manage the information and preferences available in your account and ask us about access, correction, export or deletion. Depending on applicable law and your relationship with the customer account, you may have additional rights to restrict or object to processing, or appeal a decision about a privacy request. We verify identity and authority before disclosing or changing account information and may refer a request about customer-controlled information to that customer.
Send privacy requests to aidevteam@anser.com. Please identify the business or account involved and the action requested. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or sensitive request contents in your initial email. If you receive marketing emails, use their unsubscribe instructions or contact us; necessary account and service messages may still be sent.
Retention and security
We retain information for the time needed to provide and administer the service, support customer instructions, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations. Retention depends on the information and account configuration. Deleting or closing an account does not necessarily remove billing records, security records, backups or records needed to enforce the one-trial policy immediately. Advertising matching information has the separate 30-day schedule described above.
We use safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access and account isolation. No system or transmission method is completely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting their credentials, choosing appropriate account access and configuring the information their forms and channels collect.
Children
DispatchMe is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Contact us if you believe such information has been provided so we can investigate and address it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The updated date appears above. We will provide additional notice when required for a material change.
