Updates by text and ratings
Updates by text sends the person who reached out a text when their request comes in, when someone takes it and when it is resolved. The resolved text can carry a rating link. Each update is a switch on the form, and every switch starts off.
Turn updates on
Open the form in Form Studio and choose the Updates by text tile. Turn on the updates you want: request received, someone took it, resolved, and the rating link.
Before a resolved text goes out
When you resolve a request, the screen shows the text that will be sent and lets you skip it for that request. A person gets at most one resolved text every 10 minutes.
Ratings
The rating page asks “Is everything working?” with one to five stars and an optional note. Ratings appear on the contact, on the request and under Contacts, then Ratings.
