Respond to a request
When you are on call, a request arrives as a text with a short link, and a phone call. The link opens the request with the caller’s own words and the key answers. Choose “Yes, I can take this” or “No, I can’t”. Your team sees your answer as you give it.
What you see
The request in large type, where it is, the caller’s own words and up to three key answers. “See all details” opens every answer. Below, the team list shows who has answered.
Saying yes
Choose “Yes, I can take this”. Call and Directions appear, and the people who were texted and have not answered get a text saying it is covered.
Saying no
Choose “No, I can’t”, pick a reason in one tap and add a note if it helps. Your teammates see the reason. You get no more reminders, and “I can take it after all” is there if plans change.
