Change escalation timing
Escalation timing is three waits. With standard timing, each ranked responder is contacted 5 minutes after the one before, backup responders 30 minutes after the last of them, and the escalation owner 30 minutes after the backups. With three ranked people, the owner hears at +1:10. Change it under Coverage, then Escalation timing.
Standard timing, three ranked people
Every step texts and calls, and the path stops as soon as someone accepts.
- Ranked responders one at a time, 5 min apart (rank 1 +0:00, rank 2 +0:05, rank 3 +0:10), text + call.
- Backup responders at +0:40, text + call.
- Warning to everyone contacted at +1:05, text + call.
- Escalation owner at +1:10, text + call.
Your own timing
Under Coverage, then Escalation timing, create a timing profile and give it to the schedules that should use it. Profiles start from Standard (built-in timing), Fast (urgent requests), Relaxed (can wait an hour). Each wait is at least 2 minutes.
Without a profile of its own, a schedule uses an active profile for its location, and otherwise standard timing.
Who stops getting reminders
Anyone who has answered, yes or no, gets no more reminders or warnings for that request.
