Web form
Publish the form first; its link works once it is live.
- Hosted form link: a page we host. Copy form link, then text it, email it or put it in a bio.
- A button on your website: a “Send a request” button in the corner of every page. Copy button code and paste it just before </body> on your site.
- Embed on a page: the whole form inside one of your pages. Copy embed code and paste it where the form should appear.
- QR code: for a door, a truck or a flyer. Download QR; scanning opens the hosted link.
AI voice & chat assistant
Once the form has a voice agent, the AI voice & chat assistant tab offers a hosted assistant link, an iframe embed and a floating voice and chat widget for your website.
A test conversation there that collects contact details and a description records a real request and follows your routing, so try it with routing you are happy to trigger.
