Choose who gets notified
Each form chooses what happens to its requests under Who gets notified: whoever is on call, the same people every time, or nobody, just a record on your Home page.
The three choices
- Whoever is on call: we text and call the people covering that location, one after another, until someone takes it.
- The same people every time: pick a few people and everyone gets it at once, by text, by email and text, or by call and text.
- Nobody, just keep a record: requests show up on your Home page. Nobody is texted or called.
Pick per form
An emergency line and a quote request rarely deserve the same response. Give each its own form, and each form its own choice. Phone, text, web and chat requests for a form all follow it.
