Set up your account
Sign up and start the 7-day free trial through Stripe. A setup chat then asks one thing at a time: your company, the client accounts you manage, your first form, your team and, if you want one, a phone number. Nothing goes live until you say yes.
Start the trial
Choose Starter or Professional on the pricing page and sign up. Checkout runs on Stripe, and the plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Each account gets one trial.
Answer the setup chat
Setup is a conversation. Answer in your own words; each stage shows what it set under “Your setup”.
- Company: the business you are setting up.
- Clients: the client accounts you manage, if you run more than one.
- Form: your first intake form, drafted from what you tell it or started from a template.
- Team: the people who answer requests.
- Phone: a number for calls and texts. This stage is optional.
- Launch: go live.
Stay in control
Creating the account, adding client accounts and going live each wait for your yes. “Set up by hand” opens the same stage as a form, and “Set up in chat” returns to the conversation.
A practice request runs your real form and records nothing and sends nothing. It is optional; going live never waits for it.
