Plans and billing
Starter is $49 a month plus $4 per handled request. Professional is $149 a month plus $2 per handled request. Both start with a 7-day free trial, and phone answering, texts and phone numbers are included.
The plans
- Starter: $49 a month, or $39 a month billed yearly, plus $4 per handled request. Up to 3 locations, 10 people, 3 phone numbers and 1 client account.
- Professional: $149 a month, or $119 a month billed yearly, plus $2 per handled request. Unlimited locations, up to 50 people and 10 phone numbers, and unlimited client accounts.
- Enterprise: custom pricing and limits, arranged with the team.
What counts as a handled request
A request is billed once it is complete. These are not billed:
- A repeat caller grouped into an earlier request.
- A call or text conversation that never finished.
- A request your own staff entered by hand.
