Electrical service request
Questions, answered.
How does someone flag a safety emergency?
By ticking “Is this a safety emergency?”. Your team sees the answer on the request.
Does it ask how urgent it is?
Yes. Every service template asks how soon help is needed: it can wait, as soon as possible, or urgent.
What if the problem is not on the list?
Choosing Other asks the person to describe the issue in their own words, and that answer is required.
