HVAC
No-heat calls reach the technician on call.
The HVAC template asks about the system and the problem, and flags a no-heat emergency when it is freezing outside. Then the request follows the path you chose.

The template
Heating and cooling questions, only when they apply.
Start from HVAC Service Request in Form Studio and edit any question. It also asks for a name, a phone number, the address and what the person needs.

HVAC
Questions, answered.
Can different service areas reach different technicians?
Yes. Each location has its own coverage schedule, and a coverage form belongs to a location, so a number for one area reaches the people covering that area.
Can the rotation change for a holiday week?
Yes. Coverage schedules take weekly rotations and date overrides, so you can change who covers a holiday without rebuilding the schedule.
Will maintenance requests wake someone up?
Only if you choose that. A maintenance form can tell fixed contacts or simply log the request.
Guides
Setting up an on-call rotation
List who covers each location, choose the order and timing, name a backup and an escalation owner, and publish the rotation weeks ahead.
Handling after-hours calls
Sort what can wait from what cannot, collect the details a responder needs, and give urgent requests a clear owner, on every channel.
